Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Because each item is handmade and/or one-of-a-kind, processing times may vary slightly during high order volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days

International (if applicable): 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We use standard commercial carriers such as USPS and other comparable services depending on destination and package size.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
