Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition as received

Free from damage, stains, or alterations

Certain items may be marked final sale on the product page and are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter promptly.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
